This Privacy Policy explains how Ram Rattan Group (“we”, “us”) handles your personal information when you use the Ram Rattan mobile app and related services (the “Service”). The Service lets verified buyers track their plots, valuations, documents and construction updates, and contact our team.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Phone number — to create your account and verify it with a one-time password (OTP).
• Name and KYC status — to identify you as the registered owner of a plot.
• Support and chat messages — the content you send to our team or the in-app assistant.
• Plot, payment and document records — the property records associated with your account, which we hold on your behalf.

We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not serve advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To show your portfolio, valuations, documents and construction updates.
• To respond to your support requests and answer your questions.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel) and is protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own records. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Documents downloaded to your device are stored with file protection and are removed when you sign out.

Cookies & local storage

We use only the storage needed to run the Service: a secure sign-in token to keep you logged in and your display preferences (such as light or dark mode). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across other sites or apps — so no cookie-consent banner is shown.

Data retention & account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your login and personal profile — your name, phone number, KYC status and support messages. Your plot, payment and document records are legal property records that Ram Rattan Group is required to retain for compliance, and are kept only for that purpose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can action deletion yourself in the app, or contact us using the details below.

Children

The Service is intended for adults purchasing property and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
